Equity. It recognizes that we all have different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome for us all.
Equity requires action.
These are challenging times. The workplace is evolving into what it needs to be in order to have healthy strong business reflecting the evolution of our population.
This requires mindful strategic attention to employee groups but also processes. As an operator, a leader, and a skilled strategist certified in facilitation, DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), and recruiting/talent acquisition with over 15 years of doing the work in house, let me help you activate your equitable efforts.
Welcome to measurable action.
